In “A Roadmap for a Secure, Low-Carbon Energy Economy,” the authors present the results of efforts to reconcile the priorities of achieving energy security and protecting the Earth’s climate. The recommended approach results from a year-long study undertaken by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and the World Resources Institute (WRI) to identify policies that address both priorities simultaneously.
