Spinning the Wheel: Policy Implications of the Dalai Lama’s Reincarnation
This study examines the long-running dispute between the Chinese Communist Party and the current Dalai Lama over the issue of his reincarnation. The paper provides a multifaceted analysis of some of the challenges facing the Tibetan spiritual leader and his people.
